Overview
We are looking for an Account or Clients Solutions Manager to join one of CI&T’s growing automotive accounts in the US and Canada. In this role, you will be required to have an on-site presence three times a week where you will be the primary point of contact for our client, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with our internal teams to ensure client objectives are met, as well as supporting the identification of new business opportunities and the preparation of proposals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the automotive industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in account management for digital agencies. Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, deeply understanding their needs and helping to shape solutions to meet their goals, while expanding the stakeholder network by introducing CI&T to new teams and departments.
- Partner Relationship Management: Collaborate with external partners and other agencies to enhance the overall service delivery for the client and improve client satisfaction.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ranging from small project proposals through to larger-scale RFPs, expanding the client portfolio and increasing revenue streams.
- Industry Knowledge and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the automotive industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge and insights through presentations and blog posts, with both client and internal teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing client accounts within a digital agency.
- In-depth understanding of the automotive industry and familiarity with current trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes.
- Deep understanding of business processes, financial acumen, strategic account planing and contract negotiation.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in account management, including CRM systems and project management software.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships and articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment, as well as awareness and respect for diverse cultural backgrounds, with the ability to tailor communication and engagement strategies accordingly.
